As much as having your new driveway or patio installed is an exciting prospect, we appreciate that it comes with a degree of inconvenience for our customers. With this in mind we always plan our work to ensure we complete your project fast and efficiently. We do not pause work on one job to go and complete another. You and your neighbours will not find that our team or the materials we use hang around for long periods unnecessarily causing an unsightly mess!
As with all things in life, we understand that sometimes, plans need to change. So, where possible, we are always willing to adapt to your needs as they arise. Additionally, if you have other tradesmen also completing projects at your home, we will always take a positive approach to work with them in a courteous and professional manner. We understand the need for friendly communication and a bit of give and take on busy projects!
Usually, Jon (the ‘J’ in JK!) will take your enquiry, visit with you to discuss your requirements, then Kirsty (the ‘K’ in JK!) will follow up with a written quotation and respond to any further communication between that time and your project starting. More often than not, Jon will be present with the team whilst they carry out works for you, but if not, he will ensure he completes a pre-start visit with the team to instruct them on your job requirements and always ensures he is able to check in with the customer to confirm all is going as planned and satisfactorily
Not all service providers are approved by the local authority to drop kerbs which can provide additional delays and work on your part to achieve the totally completed job. As approved contractors, we can offer you a fully rounded service meaning if your kerb is not already dropped, we can complete this for you as part of the installation of your new driveway so you can enjoy your new parking area straight away, without any humps in the road!

Excellent job, completed on time. John's team never stopped even in the rain. A couple of things altered by us during the job, which didn't seem to faze the team! Are looking at having more work done by John and would highly recommend him and his team to anyone.
Removal of old concrete paths at the front of the house 50 to 60 metres of brindle paviors put down front side and back erected a back fence Jon and his team completed in the work in two days all I can say is thank you jk paving for all your hard work.
JK Paving - what a great find! Jon is a very friendly polite guy who was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. We got 3 quotes based on received feedback. Jon’s interest, help and advice when looking at the job was key to JK getting the job. When the price came through it was a no brained! JK did the drive, including building a new retaining wall, an extra job on our back garden path with recycled slabs for £4,000 compared to the next nearest of £7,000!! Jon’s team were hard working and polite throughout. Thoroughly recommended and happy for anyone to check out our drive too!
Great and hardworking guys. They arrived on the Monday and had the job done by the end of the week despite frost and snow. Great communication, friendly and approachable. Very professional and we are so happy with the finish.
